Responsibilities

- Analyze emerging technological trends and market disruptions to inform strategic R&D priorities
- Secure partnerships with academic institutions and industry leaders for collaborative innovation
- Present strategic blueprints to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Manage multi-million dollar innovation budgets with ROI-focused resource allocation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership with proven track record in emerging tech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related quantitative field
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, sustainable tech, or decentralized systems
- Experience with scenario planning and futures methodologies
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Published thought leadership in technology or innovation journals
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies
