Responsibilities
- Design and execute high-fidelity 2D character animations and motion graphics for digital campaigns.
- Collaborate closely with art directors and developers to ensure technical feasibility and visual consistency.
- Create dynamic character rigs and sprite sheets for game and web integration.
- Optimize render times and file sizes without compromising quality.
- Mentor junior animators and provide constructive feedback on creative work.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in 2D animation, motion graphics, or character animation.
- A strong, portfolio showcasing a variety of 2D animation styles and projects.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software including Adobe After Effects, Adobe Animate, and Toon Boom Harmony.
- Deep understanding of animation principles such as timing, spacing, squash and stretch, and secondary action.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to take direction effectively.
