Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and execute high-fidelity 2D animations, motion graphics, and visual effects for web, mobile, and video campaigns.
- Collaborate with the creative team to translate complex concepts into fluid, engaging visual stories.
- Optimize video assets and animations for various platforms and screen sizes to ensure maximum performance.
- Maintain and evolve the company's motion style guide and asset libraries.
- Provide mentorship and feedback to junior designers, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
- Participate in the creative brainstorms and contribute innovative ideas for upcoming projects.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (5+ years) as a Motion Designer, preferably in a digital agency or in-house creative team.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Strong understanding of animation principles, timing, spacing, and easing.
- Experience with Cinema 4D or 3D compositing is a plus.
- A strong, up-to-date portfolio showcasing a variety of 2D motion projects.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate creative concepts to stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
