Responsibilities
- Architect & Design: Design and implement high-level system architecture for autonomous AI agents, focusing on scalability, fault tolerance, and 2026-era performance standards.
- Model Integration: Lead the integration of cutting-edge Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal systems into our core product suite.
- Optimization: Oversee the optimization of inference pipelines and training loops to maximize throughput and minimize latency.
- Strategy: Define the technical roadmap for Agentic AI capabilities, anticipating industry shifts towards self-directed systems.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, data scientists, and security experts to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the engineering team.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, C++, or Rust. Deep experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Infrastructure: Strong background in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- AI Mastery: Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and vector databases.
- Strategic Mindset: Demonstrated ability to think long-term and architect systems that remain viable and relevant in 2026.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
