Responsibilities
- Architecting the Future: Design and oversee the end-to-end architecture for our 2026 AI ecosystem, ensuring scalability, security, and high performance.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define the technical vision and milestones for the 2026 AI release cycle, aligning with executive business goals.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product management, engineering, and legal teams to integrate AI models into our core product suite.
- Performance Optimization: Lead initiatives to optimize model latency, reduce token costs, and enhance inference accuracy.
- Research & Development: Stay ahead of the curve on emerging AI paradigms (e.g., Transformer evolution, Quantum-AI hybrids) and prototype viable solutions.
- Talent Cultivation: Mentor a team of senior engineers and foster a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering with at least 3 years in a senior architectural role within AI/ML.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, and distributed systems. Familiarity with vector databases and RAG architectures is essential.
- Strategic Mindset: Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical details to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Agile Experience: Proven track record in Agile/Scrum environments, delivering high-impact products on strict timelines.
