Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable AI/ML architectures for large-scale distributed systems.
- Lead the development of state-of-the-art deep learning models and inference pipelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data Science, Engineering, Product) to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Ensure system scalability, latency optimization, and cost efficiency in cloud environments.
- Define technical standards, coding best practices, and mentorship programs for junior engineers.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in AI, contributing to the continuous innovation of the Nexus 2026 platform.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Apache Spark, Ray).
- Extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of Machine Learning lifecycle, including model training, validation, and deployment.
- Experience with MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, and data pipeline infrastructure.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
