Responsibilities

- Code Review & Mentorship: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously optimize model latency and throughput to support high-volume production environments.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in leading AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with large-scale distributed systems (e.g., Kubernetes, AWS).
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to foresee technological trends and align engineering roadmaps with long-term business goals.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
