Responsibilities
- Architect Scalable AI Systems: Design and deploy large-scale neural network architectures optimized for real-time decision-making and autonomous operations.
- Pioneering Research: Lead internal research initiatives focused on next-gen machine learning paradigms, including Reinforcement Learning and Hybrid Symbolic-Network models.
- System Optimization: Enhance model efficiency, reduce latency, and improve inference throughput for edge and cloud deployment.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor junior engineers and guide technical strategy within the 2026 R&D division.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product teams and ethicists to ensure AI safety, fairness, and transparency in all deployed solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field, with a focus on AI/ML.
- Technical Expertise: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and C++.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in building production-grade AI systems, preferably within high-tech or robotics sectors.
- Specialized Knowledge: Strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP), Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills, the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, and a proven track record of leadership.
