Job Description
The Future Awaits. Architect It.
We are not just looking for developers; we are seeking visionaries to lead the 2026 Initiativeβa groundbreaking project dedicated to architecting the next generation of Artificial General Intelligence (AGI). If you thrive on solving unsolvable problems and building systems that will define the era of tomorrow, this is your stage.
In this role, you will be at the forefront of technological evolution, bridging the gap between theoretical neural architectures and real-world, high-performance deployment. You will design the core infrastructure that powers autonomous systems, predictive modeling, and human-AI symbiosis. Join a team of elite engineers and futurists committed to pushing the boundaries of what is possible.
Responsibilities
- Design Next-Gen Neural Architectures: Spearhead the research and implementation of novel deep learning models, specifically tailored for the 2026 technological landscape.
- Optimize Large Language Models (LLMs): Improve inference speeds and model accuracy through advanced quantization, pruning, and distributed training techniques.
- Build Scalable Infrastructure: Construct robust, fault-tolerant pipelines capable of processing exabytes of data in real-time.
- AI Safety & Ethics: Implement rigorous safety protocols and alignment techniques to ensure our AI systems operate within defined ethical boundaries.
- Prototype Future Interfaces: Collaborate with UX researchers to design seamless integration points between human cognition and machine intelligence.
Qualifications
- Advanced Education: PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field, with a focus on Machine Learning or Theoretical AI.
- Technical Mastery: Extensive experience with Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and C++ for high-performance computing.
- Deep Learning Expertise: Proven track record of working with Transformers, GANs, or other state-of-the-art architectures.
- Distributed Systems: Strong knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, and cloud-native infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
- Critical Thinking: Ability to foresee long-term implications of technical decisions and adapt architecture plans accordingly.
