- Model Optimization: Oversee the research and deployment of state-of-the-art models, focusing on latency reduction and cost-efficiency.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of brilliant engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into clear strategies for stakeholders and non-technical audiences.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, machine learning, or data science, with at least 3 years in a lead architecture role.
- Technical Proficiency: Expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, AWS/Azure).
- AI Specialization: Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
