Responsibilities
- Define and execute the strategic 2026 AI technology roadmap, focusing on LLMs and Agentic workflows.
- Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance machine learning pipelines using cloud-native technologies.
- Lead a team of ML engineers and data scientists to deliver cutting-edge AI features.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Ensure system reliability, performance optimization, and ethical AI compliance across all deployments.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for AI model deployment and monitoring.
- Stay ahead of emerging trends in AI, including multimodal models and neural architecture search.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering, data science, or machine learning architecture.
- Deep expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs), Transformers, and NLP techniques.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of designing end-to-end ML systems that handle high-scale data.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field is a plus.
