We are seeking a visionary Senior AI Architect to lead our technical strategy and define how artificial intelligence evolves over the next two years.
In this role, you won't just maintain systems; you will architect the future. You will bridge the gap between theoretical AI advancements and scalable production-grade software, ensuring our solutions are safe, efficient, and ready for the demands of 2026.
Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision for our AI infrastructure, specifically focusing on multi-agent workflows, edge AI, and quantum-ready algorithms.
- Architect Scalable Systems: Design and implement robust MLOps pipelines and distributed computing architectures capable of handling petabyte-scale data streams.
- Promote Responsible AI: Implement ethical guidelines, bias mitigation strategies, and safety guardrails for autonomous agents.
- Talent Leadership: Mentor a team of top-tier engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and researchers to translate complex technical requirements into business value.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering and 4+ years in AI/ML architecture.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in Python, C++, and experience with high-performance computing frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX).
- MLOps: Deep expertise in containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), CI/CD, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Future-Forward Thinking: Demonstrated ability to research and prototype emerging technologies (e.g., Generative Adversarial Networks, Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback).
- Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field is preferred.
