Responsibilities

- Collaborate with engineering teams to embed ethical safeguards in AI development lifecycles
- Advise on regulatory compliance (EU AI Act, US AI Bill of Rights) and emerging standards
- Lead cross-functional ethics committees and stakeholder engagement initiatives
- Design and execute AI impact assessments for high-stakes applications
- Create ethics training programs for technical and non-technical stakeholders
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Ethics, Philosophy, Law, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience in AI ethics, governance, or responsible AI implementation
- Expertise in bias detection/mitigation and fairness metrics for ML systems
- Deep understanding of global AI regulations and ethical frameworks
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex ethical concepts
- Experience with AI development lifecycle (MLOps, model validation)
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
