Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable AI infrastructure tailored for the 2026 technological roadmap.
- Lead the research, design, and implementation of advanced Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative agents.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate AI solutions seamlessly into core products.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical code reviews to maintain high standards.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to ensure our technology stack remains cutting-edge.
- Optimize model performance and reduce latency for real-time applications.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with a proven track record in Generative AI.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Strong experience deploying ML models in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Deep understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP), Deep Learning, and Reinforcement Learning.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
