Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Ready Systems: Design and implement scalable AI infrastructure that supports the technological advancements predicted for 2026, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and neural networks.
- Lead Strategic Innovation: Identify emerging AI trends and integrate them into our product roadmap to maintain a competitive edge.
- Oversee Model Lifecycle: Manage the end-to-end development, training, and deployment of proprietary AI models, ensuring high performance and accuracy.
- Collaborate Across Disciplines: Partner with product managers, engineers, and data scientists to translate complex requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Ensure Ethical AI: Establish governance frameworks to ensure our AI systems are fair, transparent, and aligned with regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on AI/ML architecture and leadership.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks; experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Strategic Mindset: Demonstrated ability to think long-term and lead high-performance teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executives.
