Responsibilities
- Design, train, and optimize complex machine learning models for production scalability and low-latency inference.
- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of AI development, from data engineering and model training to deployment and monitoring.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to integrate AI solutions seamlessly.
- Research and implement state-of-the-art algorithms to improve model accuracy, efficiency, and robustness.
- Ensure ethical AI practices and actively work to mitigate bias in model outputs and datasets.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or AI engineering.
- Expert proficiency in Python, with strong experience in frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
- Strong understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP), LLMs, and Transformer architectures.
- Experience with MLOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
