Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Ready AI: Design and deploy scalable machine learning models tailored for the 2026 ecosystem.
- Lead Innovation: Spearhead R&D initiatives to pioneer new algorithms in predictive analytics and generative AI.
- Technical Mentorship: Guide a team of junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
- System Optimization: Oversee the optimization of large-scale data pipelines and infrastructure for high-performance computing.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with product leadership to define the technical roadmap for our flagship 2026 products.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all AI systems adhere to the highest standards of data privacy and ethical AI usage.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 7+ years of experience in AI engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior architectural role.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Spark).
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading technical teams and managing cross-functional projects.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex, unstructured problems in dynamic environments.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts to stakeholders.
