Our mission is to engineer the software infrastructure that powers the year 2026 and beyond. You will work directly with our core engineering team to integrate cutting-edge Large Language Models, Quantum-ready algorithms, and Spatial Computing interfaces.
Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and implement robust, scalable system architectures for next-gen AI applications and generative media platforms.
- Algorithm Optimization: Lead the research and optimization of neural network inference engines to ensure sub-millisecond latency on edge devices.
- Future Tech Integration: Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies, including Autonomous Agents and Neural Interfaces, into our production stack.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Infrastructure Scalability: Oversee the migration of legacy systems to modern cloud-native infrastructure (Kubernetes, Serverless).
- Roadmap Strategy: Define the technical vision for product releases targeting the 2026 calendar year.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 8+ years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 4 years focused on AI/ML system design.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, Rust, or C++ with deep experience in PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- System Design: Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and high-availability cloud architectures (AWS/GCP).
- Future-Proofing: Demonstrated ability to work with bleeding-edge technologies and adapt rapidly to new paradigms.
- Communication: Excellent ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business value for stakeholders.
