Responsibilities

- Quantum Integration: Collaborate with quantum computing specialists to develop hybrid algorithms that leverage quantum superposition for faster processing.
- Model Architecture: Design, train, and optimize complex neural networks to achieve state-of-the-art accuracy in predictive analytics.
- Ethical AI: Implement robust safety guidelines and bias mitigation strategies to ensure our AI systems are transparent and equitable.
- Patent Strategy: Document research findings and contribute to patent applications for proprietary technologies.
- Mentorship: Guide a team of junior data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field with a focus on AI.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning research, preferably within a top-tier tech firm or academic lab.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Apache Spark).
- Research: Proven track record of publishing in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ACL) or open-source contributions.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Adaptability: Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, experimental environment.
