- Implement advanced Generative AI models to enhance product capabilities and user experiences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into core business products.
- Optimize model performance and reduce inference latency using cutting-edge hardware acceleration.
- Stay at the forefront of industry trends, specifically focusing on quantum-ready algorithms and edge computing.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern MLOps frameworks.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/GCP/Azure), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade NLP or Computer Vision models.
- Experience with high-performance computing (HPC) environments and GPU optimization.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
