Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy robust machine learning infrastructure capable of handling petabyte-scale data streams.
- Lead the research and development of novel algorithms for predictive analytics and autonomous systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Mentor junior developers and foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence within the engineering department.
- Ensure system scalability, security, and compliance with industry standards (SOC2, GDPR).
- Optimize model latency and resource utilization to ensure real-time processing capabilities.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering and software architecture.
- Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision.
- Proven track record of delivering production-grade AI solutions from concept to deployment.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
