Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable, high-performance machine learning models and pipelines for production environments.
- Lead the research and implementation of advanced algorithms, focusing on Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data Science, Engineering, Product) to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Ensure data integrity, model fairness, and ethical AI practices across all development lifecycle stages.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Stay ahead of the curve by integrating emerging technologies such as Quantum Computing interfaces or Edge AI into our core architecture.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years focused on AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and MLOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow).
- Proven track record of designing and deploying Large Language Models (LLMs) at scale.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/GCP), and database technologies (SQL/NoSQL).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
