Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, geopolitical shifts, and socio-cultural trends to forecast industry transformations by 2026
- Develop and present strategic foresight reports and scenario-planning frameworks to C-suite leadership
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing products and services
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Integrate future intelligence into corporate strategy, risk management, and investment decisions
- Design and facilitate immersive foresight workshops for internal teams and key partners
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of emerging technologies on business models and customer behaviors
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Innovation, Technology Forecasting, or related field; PhD preferred
- 10+ years of experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-ready business strategies
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, climate tech)
- Exceptional analytical and systems-thinking skills with ability to synthesize complex data
- Experience with scenario planning, Delphi methods, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Outstanding presentation skills with ability to influence executive stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy (articles, books, talks)
