Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable AI/ML infrastructure to support 2026 technology roadmaps.
- Lead the design of large language model (LLM) fine-tuning pipelines and deployment strategies.
- Define best practices for data governance, model security, and ethical AI usage.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation.
- Collaborate with product managers to define AI-driven features and user experiences.
- Optimize model inference for low-latency, high-volume environments.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, machine learning, or data science.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Proven experience designing distributed systems and cloud-native architectures on AWS or GCP.
- Strong understanding of LLMs, Transformers, and NLP techniques.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow).
