Responsibilities
- Architect and design end-to-end deep learning pipelines for complex real-time systems.
- Lead the research and implementation of cutting-edge Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
- Optimize model inference latency and reduce computational costs for edge deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into core product ecosystems.
- Define best practices for data governance, model monitoring, and explainable AI (XAI).
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on machine learning and artificial intelligence.
- Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and C++.
- Strong understanding of deep neural network architectures (Transformers, GANs, RNNs).
- Experience deploying large-scale ML models in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a track record of innovation in AI research.
