Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable machine learning pipelines for next-gen Generative AI models.
- Lead research initiatives focused on Autonomous Agent reasoning and reinforcement learning.
- Optimize model inference for real-time, high-volume production environments.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define the roadmap for 2026 technology readiness.
- Ensure data integrity, model robustness, and adherence to AI safety and ethics standards.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the technical vision of the organization.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field (or equivalent professional experience).
- 5+ years of experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or AI Engineering.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Strong understanding of NLP, LLM architectures (e.g., Transformers), and Natural Language Processing.
- Experience deploying AI models at scale using cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
