Responsibilities
- Design, train, and fine-tune state-of-the-art LLMs for scalable enterprise applications.
- Architect robust MLOps pipelines to handle millions of inference requests daily.
- Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) strategies to enhance model accuracy and context.
- Collaborate with product teams to translate complex AI capabilities into user-centric features.
- Ensure model fairness, transparency, and robustness across diverse datasets.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Deep Learning, NLP, or Machine Learning engineering.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate) and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP).
- Strong understanding of transformer architectures and attention mechanisms.
