Responsibilities
- System Architecture Design: Design and implement scalable, high-performance AI architectures tailored for 2026 workloads, including large language models and generative agents.
- Neuromorphic Research: Lead research initiatives into neuromorphic computing and spiking neural networks to improve energy efficiency and cognitive processing.
- Model Optimization: Oversee the optimization and deployment of deep learning models across hybrid cloud and edge environments.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, establishing best practices for code quality, testing, and ethical AI deployment.
- Future-Proofing: Anticipate emerging trends in quantum computing integration and advise on architectural adaptations for next-gen hardware.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable strategies for product and executive leadership.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically focused on AI/ML architecture and system design.
- Technical Skills: Deep proficiency in Python, C++, and Rust; extensive experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- System Knowledge: Strong understanding of distributed systems, Kubernetes, and cloud-native architectures (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Future Tech: Familiarity with quantum computing frameworks or neuromorphic hardware is a significant plus.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
