Responsibilities
- Define and lead the comprehensive 2026 AI strategy and technology roadmap.
- Architect scalable machine learning infrastructure to support enterprise-wide initiatives.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineering leads to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Oversee the integration of Generative AI and Large Language Models into existing workflows.
- Establish best practices for data governance, model deployment, and MLOps.
- Mentor junior architects and data scientists to foster a culture of continuous learning.
- Stay abreast of emerging AI trends to ensure our technology stack remains competitive.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, data science, or AI architecture.
- Proven experience leading high-impact AI projects from conception to deployment.
- Expert proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Predictive Analytics.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated leadership in cross-functional teams.
