Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable deep learning infrastructure for large-scale data processing.
- Lead the research and implementation of state-of-the-art Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision models.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to define technical requirements.
- Ensure the ethical deployment of AI, adhering to strict bias and safety guidelines.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Optimize model performance and reduce latency in production environments.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 7+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 3 years in a lead or architectural role.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Deep understanding of MLOps, cloud architecture (AWS/GCP/Azure), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade machine learning models.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
