Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy cutting-edge Generative AI models at scale, ensuring high availability and fault tolerance.
- Lead the research and development of novel neural network architectures to solve complex industry problems.
- Optimize inference pipelines for low-latency, high-throughput environments, reducing compute costs significantly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, Engineering) to integrate AI solutions into consumer products seamlessly.
- Set technical standards and mentor junior engineers in best practices for machine learning engineering.
- Conduct rigorous evaluation and testing of model performance, safety, and bias mitigation strategies.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- 7+ years of professional experience in machine learning, deep learning, or NLP.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow/Keras.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of publishing in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ACL, etc.).
- Experience with MLOps tools, version control, and CI/CD pipelines for ML models.
