What You'll Do:
As a Senior AI Architect within Project 2026, you will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of our core AI infrastructure. You will work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment where innovation is the only metric that matters.
Responsibilities
- Architect and design scalable neural network architectures for autonomous decision systems.
- Lead the research and implementation of cutting-edge Deep Learning and Reinforcement Learning algorithms.
- Optimize model inference latency and ensure high availability across distributed cloud environments.
- Mentor and guide a team of junior engineers and data scientists in best practices for AI development.
- Collaborate with product leaders to translate complex business requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Establish robust monitoring and evaluation frameworks for model performance and safety.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years focused on AI/ML systems architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Proven experience designing and deploying large-scale models (LLMs, Transformers, or similar) in production.
- Strong understanding of MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Experience with high-performance computing (HPC) and distributed systems.
