Responsibilities

- Technical Mentorship: Guide a team of brilliant engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Strategic Planning: Translate complex business requirements into technical roadmaps and architectural blueprints.
- Model Optimization: Fine-tune and optimize AI models for real-time inference and edge deployment environments.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams including product management, design, and engineering to deliver cutting-edge solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in software engineering and AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed systems.
- Domain Knowledge: Proven track record of deploying production-grade AI systems with high availability.
