Key Responsibilities:
- Architect and deploy scalable Generative AI models focused on long-term foresight and predictive analytics.
- Lead a team of data scientists in refining our proprietary neural architectures and training pipelines.
- Optimize model performance for low-latency, high-throughput environments to support real-time applications.
- Collaborate with product leadership to translate futuristic concepts into deployable, production-ready code.
- Ensure data privacy, security, and ethical AI compliance across all 2026 initiatives.
- Stay ahead of the curve on emerging AI paradigms, including temporal modeling and synthetic data generation.
Qualifications:
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, specifically with Large Language Models (LLMs) and transformer architectures.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow with a strong grasp of distributed computing.
- Experience designing scalable cloud infrastructure on AWS or GCP.
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams and drive architectural decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and ethical AI governance.
