Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of AI systems intended for deployment in the 2026 timeframe.
- Define the long-term technical roadmap and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., AGI, Quantum ML) for viability.
- Oversee the scalability, security, and performance of our machine learning infrastructure.
- Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists to foster a culture of innovation.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate business goals into technical specifications.
- Establish best practices for model deployment and MLOps pipelines.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in software engineering and machine learning architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technical projects from conception to delivery.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/GCP), and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Experience with AI governance, ethics, and responsible AI practices.
