Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable Machine Learning models designed for high-volume global deployment.
- Lead the integration of emerging Quantum Computing protocols into existing AI infrastructures.
- Define the technical roadmap and innovation strategy for the 2026 product suite.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bridge the gap between theoretical research and practical application.
- Establish ethical guidelines and safety protocols for autonomous AI systems.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Extensive experience (5+ years) with deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, JAX).
- Proven track record of leading technical teams in high-growth startup or enterprise environments.
- Strong understanding of neural network optimization, hardware acceleration, and distributed systems.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP) is highly preferred.
