Key Objectives:
Your primary focus will be to design the architecture for our flagship 2026 product lines, ensuring high availability, low latency, and ethical AI implementation.
Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and oversee the implementation of complex AI systems and machine learning pipelines that scale to millions of users.
- Tech Stack Strategy: Evaluate and select emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum-ready frameworks, advanced LLMs) to ensure our platform is future-proof for the 2026 landscape.
- System Optimization: Drive performance engineering initiatives, optimizing model inference speeds and reducing latency in real-time applications.
- Mentorship: Mentor a team of brilliant engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and data scientists to translate business goals into robust technical architectures.
- Risk Management: Implement rigorous security protocols and compliance measures to protect sensitive data and ensure ethical AI deployment.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Experience: 8+ years of professional experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 3 years in a senior architecture or principal engineer role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Future-Ready Skills: Experience with Rust, WebAssembly, or edge computing is highly preferred.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve ambiguous, high-complexity technical problems and make architectural trade-off decisions.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
