Responsibilities
- Architectural Design: Design and implement robust, scalable AI systems focusing on large language models (LLMs) and spatial reasoning algorithms.
- Performance Optimization: Optimize inference and training pipelines for low-latency, high-throughput requirements in edge environments.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of junior and mid-level engineers, conducting code reviews and fostering a culture of innovation.
- Research Integration: Evaluate and integrate the latest advancements in AI research to keep our products at the forefront of 2026 technology.
- System Integration: Collaborate with UX designers and 3D rendering engineers to create seamless AI-driven user interfaces.
- Scalability: Ensure our infrastructure can handle massive concurrent user loads and complex data streams.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years focused on AI/ML system architecture.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, and experience with frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Specialization: Strong background in Computer Vision, Natural Language Processing, or Spatial Computing technologies.
- Problem Solving: Proven ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems in high-pressure environments.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical documentation and stakeholder presentations.
