Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 strategic innovation framework across all business units
- Lead horizon scanning for emerging technologies (quantum, AGI, biotech) and translate insights into actionable roadmaps
- Architect future-proof product ecosystems using predictive modeling and scenario planning
- Chair the Global Innovation Council, mentoring junior futurists and external partners
- Present visionary blueprints to stakeholders and secure executive buy-in for transformative initiatives
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness and track progress against 2026 milestones
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype and validate breakthrough concepts
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or advanced R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching at least 3 market-defining tech initiatives
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, quantum computing)
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent professional designation preferred
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level stakeholder management
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology innovation
- Experience scaling innovation teams in high-growth environments
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Systems Thinking, or related field
