We are looking for a visionary Senior AI Architect to lead our Vision 2026 initiative. As part of our elite engineering team, you will be responsible for architecting systems that are not only robust and secure today but are also future-proofed for the challenges of 2026 and beyond. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Machine Learning models into core business operations, driving efficiency and innovation.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for the Vision 2026 platform, ensuring scalability and long-term viability.
- Architect and implement secure, high-performance AI systems using Python, TensorFlow, and cloud-native technologies.
- Lead the migration and modernization of legacy infrastructure to support advanced AI workloads.
- Mentor junior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Conduct deep-dive technical reviews and code audits to ensure architectural integrity.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, evaluating emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Edge Computing) to drive innovation.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate complex business requirements into elegant technical solutions.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in AI and Machine Learning architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch), and distributed systems.
- Strong proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with real-time data processing pipelines and big data technologies (Spark, Kafka).
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technical projects from conception to deployment.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
