Job Description
We are seeking a visionary Senior AI Engineer to join Nexus AI Solutions and drive the next generation of machine learning applications. In this role, you will architect scalable AI models, lead the deployment of large language models, and collaborate with product teams to transform complex data into actionable intelligence.
As a key member of our technical squad, you will define the technical vision for our AI infrastructure, mentor junior engineers, and ensure our solutions are robust, ethical, and cutting-edge.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy state-of-the-art machine learning models and neural networks.
- Optimize AI inference pipelines for low latency and high throughput in production environments.
- Lead the full ML lifecycle from data ingestion and feature engineering to model training and monitoring.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, data science, engineering) to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI research, including LLMs, NLP, and Computer Vision.
- Implement best practices for MLOps, data governance, and model explainability.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering with a strong focus on Deep Learning.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Proven experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Large Language Model (LLM) fine-tuning techniques.
- Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
