Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the company's technology roadmap for the year 2026 and beyond, identifying emerging trends like AGI and quantum supremacy.
- R&D Oversight: Lead the Research & Development division, overseeing proof-of-concept projects for next-gen hardware and software ecosystems.
- Team Building: Recruit, mentor, and retain top-tier engineering talent, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical visions to executive stakeholders and investors to secure funding and alignment.
- Partnerships: Forge strategic alliances with academic institutions and tech giants to stay ahead of the curve.
- Compliance & Ethics: Ensure all future tech initiatives adhere to ethical standards and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in senior leadership roles (CTO, VP of Engineering, or similar) within the tech industry.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in AI, Machine Learning, Cloud Architecture, and emerging quantum computing paradigms.
- Visionary Mindset: Demonstrated ability to anticipate industry shifts and translate them into actionable business strategies.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of translating technical jargon for diverse audiences.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex technical challenges with scalable solutions.
