Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Roadmap: Design and implement core algorithms and neural network architectures for the 2026 Edition platform, focusing on large language models and multimodal AI.
- Optimization & Efficiency: Lead efforts to optimize model inference speed and reduce computational costs, ensuring our solutions are enterprise-ready.
- Research Implementation: Translate cutting-edge research papers into production-grade code, integrating the latest advancements into our 2026 stack.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, conducting code reviews, and establishing best practices for our AI engineering team.
- Model Safety & Alignment: Work closely with the ethics team to implement safety guardrails and ensure the 2026 models behave predictably and responsibly.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and stakeholders to define feature requirements and deliver high-impact AI solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: MS or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years dedicated to AI/ML development.
- Technical Stack: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow. Experience with Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain, and vector databases.
- System Design: Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), and MLOps pipelines.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle complex, ambiguous problems and deliver robust, scalable solutions under tight deadlines.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
