Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable machine learning pipelines for training and fine-tuning large language models.
- Optimize model inference performance and reduce latency for real-time applications.
- Collaborate with product teams to translate 2026 roadmap goals into technical requirements.
- Research and integrate novel techniques from the latest academic papers into production systems.
- Ensure data privacy, security, and ethical AI compliance across all deployed models.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, preferably with LLMs.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Experience with MLOps tools and model deployment pipelines.
- Proven track record of publishing in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ACL).
