Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen AI Systems: Design and implement robust, scalable machine learning infrastructure tailored for future market demands and 2026 technological standards.
- Lead GenAI Research: Spearhead research initiatives in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and computer vision to unlock new product capabilities.
- Model Optimization: Continuously optimize model performance, latency, and accuracy to ensure seamless deployment in production environments.
- Strategic Roadmap Planning: Collaborate with leadership to define the technical vision for 2026, identifying emerging technologies and potential integration points.
- Technical Mentorship: Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and technical excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to translate complex AI concepts into user-friendly applications.
- Compliance & Ethics: Ensure all AI implementations adhere to ethical guidelines, data privacy regulations, and industry best practices.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or architect role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Strong understanding of deep learning architectures and neural networks.
- GenAI Expertise: Proven experience working with Large Language Models (e.g., GPT, BERT, Llama) and fine-tuning techniques.
- Cloud Architecture: Experience designing scalable systems on major cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) with a focus on serverless and containerized environments.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle complex, unstructured problems and deliver innovative solutions under tight deadlines.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
