Responsibilities
- Design, train, and fine-tune large-scale foundation models using PyTorch and TensorFlow.
- Build and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines for enterprise applications.
- Implement robust MLOps practices for continuous model integration and deployment.
- Conduct cutting-edge research to improve model accuracy, efficiency, and safety.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, data scientists, and engineers.
- Ensure scalability and performance of AI services under high load conditions.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning or Deep Learning engineering.
- Strong proficiency in Python, CUDA, and GPU optimization.
- Deep understanding of NLP, Transformer architectures, and LLM best practices.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of shipping production-level AI products.
