Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Lead the strategic technical roadmap for AI systems, anticipating future shifts in neural architecture and quantum computing integration.
- System Architecture: Design and oversee the implementation of high-scale, distributed AI infrastructure capable of processing petabyte-scale datasets in real-time.
- Leadership & Mentorship: Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and rigorous technical excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and R&D leads to translate complex research concepts into deployable, commercial-grade software solutions.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously optimize model latency and inference efficiency to meet the rigorous demands of edge computing environments.
- Risk Management: Identify potential technical debt and architectural risks early in the development lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically focused on deep learning and large language models (LLMs).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and experience with quantum computing libraries (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq).
- Strategic Mindset: Demonstrated ability to set long-term technical roadmaps and influence product strategy.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Agile Experience: Proven track record of delivering high-quality code in Agile/Scrum environments.
