Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Define and drive the technical roadmap for AI initiatives leading up to and beyond 2026, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- System Architecture: Design scalable, secure, and robust AI systems capable of processing petabytes of real-time data.
- Leadership: Mentor and lead a high-performance team of data scientists and machine learning engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 3 years in a senior architectural or leadership role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX. Proven track record of deploying LLMs at scale.
- Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated ability to translate abstract research concepts into concrete, business-critical solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with a passion for solving unsolved problems in the AI space.
