Responsibilities
- Architect scalable AI systems with 2026-era computational capabilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum-resistant security protocols
- Design sustainable tech frameworks for global climate resilience initiatives
- Integrate neuromorphic computing with traditional infrastructure
- Drive innovation in human-AI symbiosis interfaces
- Collaborate with governments on policy frameworks for emerging technologies
- Present visionary concepts to C-suite and board stakeholders
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, AI, or Quantum Engineering (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years in systems architecture with 3+ years in future-tech domains
- Published research in Nature/Science on AI or quantum computing
- Expertise in quantum algorithms and error correction methodologies
- Proven track record of leading 50+ person technical teams
- Deep understanding of ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation
- Experience with neuromorphic hardware (IBM TrueNorth, Intel Loihi)
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
