Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design and implementation of next-gen neural architectures and generative models.
- Oversee the integration of quantum computing primitives and post-quantum cryptography into existing cloud infrastructures.
- Develop scalable, high-performance APIs for autonomous agents and intelligent workflows.
- Define the long-term technical roadmap and innovation strategy for the 2026 product suite.
- Mentor and develop engineering talent in advanced AI methodologies and distributed systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business goals into technical solutions.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML leadership roles.
- Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern GPU acceleration frameworks.
- Experience with quantum software stacks (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq) or experience in cryptographic security.
- Strong understanding of microservices, distributed systems, and cloud-native architecture (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Proven track record of shipping complex AI products to market.
